By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
Stem Bioresonance provides personalised bioresonance sessions and Rayoscan® assessments intended to support health and wellbeing.
Our services are complementary in nature and are not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from your GP, consultant or other qualified healthcare professional.
If you are receiving medical treatment or taking prescribed medication, you should continue to follow the advice of your healthcare professional.
2. Initial assessment
Your programme begins with a consultation and, where appropriate, a Rayoscan® assessment.
The assessment helps us create a personalised programme based on your body's current priorities.
Results and recommendations will be discussed with you.
3. Personalised treatment
Each bioresonance session is personalised using information from your assessment and your current circumstances.
Your programme may be reviewed and adjusted over time as your priorities change.
There is no guarantee of a particular health outcome, and individual responses to bioresonance vary.
4. Suitability
Please tell us before booking if you have any concerns about whether our services are suitable for you.
In particular, please contact us before booking if you:
Have a pacemaker or implanted electronic medical device
Are pregnant
Have another medical device or condition that may affect your suitability for treatment
We may recommend that you seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before proceeding.
5. Medical care
Bioresonance is intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care.
You should not stop, reduce or change prescribed medication or medical treatment without discussing this with your healthcare professional.
6. Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Appointment time is reserved specifically for you.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to finish at the scheduled time.
7. Payment
Payment is due according to the booking information provided at the time of purchase.
Where a package or special offer is purchased, the terms of that package will apply.
8. Packages
Where you purchase a package of sessions, the sessions must be used within the stated validity period.
Packages are intended for the person who purchased them and are not transferable unless agreed with us in advance.
9. Results
Everyone responds differently. We cannot guarantee specific results, improvements or timescales.
Our aim is to provide personalised support based on your individual circumstances and current priorities.
10. Right to refuse or discontinue treatment
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if we believe it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
We will discuss this with you wherever possible.
